2 Consultation
We will carefully listen to your on-site conditions, specific requirements, budget, delivery schedule, and delivery location to confirm the goals we should aim for together.
Taking into consideration the compatibility with existing equipment and contracts, we will provide:
● Full-custom configuration of equipment and software
● Customization based on standard machines
From the standpoint of automation and AI expertise, we provide proposals and consultations free of charge. We will suggest the optimal configuration and quotation according to your specific needs as much as possible.
3 Feasibility Check for AI Image Judgement
Before placing an order, we conduct a final confirmation to determine whether AI-based judgment is feasible.
You can either send us product samples or visit our site to conduct a preliminary test using existing inspection equipment.
This step is designed to help you judge:
“Can this product really be inspected accurately?”
“Will it operate stably under on-site conditions?”
We aim to resolve such concerns and help you reach a confident decision.

Official Launch
4 Order Placement
Once you are satisfied with the quotation and contract terms, we move forward with the formal order.
We will then begin preparing and manufacturing the equipment.
From that point on, we will share progress updates with you and provide attentive support throughout the process.

5 Software & Equipment Manufacturing
At Synergy & Brighten, we provide tailored solutions by combining our proprietary AI software with proven manufacturing know-how.

Our specialized teams based in Japan, Malaysia, and China collaborate closely to deliver a high-quality and speedy production process.
6 On-site Test
After the equipment is completed, we conduct an operational test either online or on-site with the customer.
We verify the system assuming real-world usage and make final adjustments or improvements as needed.
Implementation & Operation Support
7 Equipment Delivery, Installation, Operation Explanation & Handover
The completed equipment is delivered to the designated delivery location, installed and set up on-site.
We also provide guidance on how to operate and manage the system.
After final confirmation, the equipment is officially handed over.
